Why BeDriven?

We welcome all fitness levels, and our certified coaches will work with you to modify exercises to help you reach your goals. We have built a community of partners that will keep you accountable and encourage you every step of the way.

Small Group - Personal Feel

Our group classes feel like personal training. Our coaches get to know you and your goals to modify workouts up or down according to your fitness level.

Supportive Partners

BeDriven Partners feel like family.

We support and encourage eachother throughout the workout. 

We ensure everyone feels welcome.

Diverse Workouts

Each weekday class will focus on a different muscle group to provide a well-rounded workout routine, with Saturdays being fullbody workouts. 

No workout is the same.

Engaging Environment

Our coaches make each workout engaging. They explain each movement and are always open for questions. We will laugh, play music, and mostly importantly, have a great workout

Nutritional Guidance

We provide meal guidance regarding your macros. We are also a pick-up location for

Fit Five Meals for covenient meap prep application.

InBody Analysis

The InBody machine is a revolutionary body composition analyzer.

We recommend receiving an analysis early to have an understanding of where you are to create a plan for where you want to be. 

What to Expect?

Each class lasts 60 minutes. Although each workout is different, they all follow the same format. 

 

Warm-up

8-10 minutes of light cardio and dynamic stretching

 

Post Warm-up

Strategically warm-up the body part being used that day

Strength & Endurance

Focus on hypertrophy, muscle overload, and tempo work to develop power in a slower paced environment.

Workout of the Day (WOD)

Go into overdrive for the particular muscle group that we are working that day.
