Darnell "Coach D" has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of fitness, sports, and nutrition. Losing over 50lbs himself, he has first hand knowledge of the challenges that you face when you decide to change your life and embark on your fitness journey.
His athletic experiences in high school and college sports taught him that importance of having peers that share your goals and how contagious the positive energy can be when you surrounded by people chasing the same goals. Coach D believes that his purpose to help bring people closer to Christ through health and fitness.

Coach D is from Bessemer, AL. He is a loving husband to his wife Tomi, and a wonderful father to their three children. Coach D has a passion for blah blah blah. He is an LSU fan and enjoys hosting watch parties even if they're going to lose to Alabama.
